I was remembering that forever ago some people asked me to post my Granola Bar recipe (well it's not my recipe, I got it from one of my friend's mother), so here it is. Enjoy!
3 C. Oatmeal
3 C. Rice Krispies
Microwave for 2 minutes. (I'm still not sure why you do this step, but I just do it anyway)
In a bowl add 10 oz. marshmallows, 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, and 1/4 cup margarine. Melt in microwave untill creamy. Add 2-3 cups of the following to the dry ingredients: peanuts, dried apricots, raisins, sunflower seeds, craisins, almonds, coconut or whatever.
Pour marshmallow mixture over dry ingredients and stir.
Spray 9x13 pan. Put into pan and let set up. Cut into bars and enjoy.

Happy Anniversary!
Well Jake and I have been married for 7 years as of September 13th. Crazy. I can't really even remember what it was like to not be married now. I'm grateful for him and all that he puts up with being married to me! He's very good at tolerating this crazy household full of lots girly emotions!
Jake surprised me with a dozen pink roses and the girls brought me daisies. It was a fun surprise! Then we went to Kolob and hiked out to the overlook spot. This is where we got engaged so it was fun to go back and show it to the girls. It was a fun day!

Hallie's first day of Pre-School
Hallie started pre-school on Aug. 25th. She goes Monday through Thursday
from 8:15 to 12:15. It's been an adjustment having to be up and going by 8:00 in the morning but it's a good program and they do a lot of fun things. Hallie likes it except for the fact that they eat Breakfast and Lunch there. She's not so sure about eating things like Mac n'cheese with ham or Meatloaf. After the first couple of days I asked her if she liked school and she said,"Yes, I do, but they don't have Life Cereal there!" She could probably eat that for every meal every day and be perfectly happy with life. We shall see if she gets brave and actually tries to eat a new food. At least she will learn good table manners! On another note, I can't believe I have a child going to school. The first day that she went it was so weird having her gone. I'm so used to having two little shadows. It was strange to have only one. I really missed her at first, but now it's kind of nice. (Is that bad to admit?) Anyway it will be a good thing.
Montana Trip
We took a trip up to Montana with Jake's family to see some of his relatives that live up there. It was a fun trip. I enjoyed seeing Montana for the first time. It is so beautiful up there. Here's some pictures of some of the things that we did while there. Jake even interviewed for a job up there so who knows, we could end up living there! Not quite sure what I think of that, but it sure was fun to visit!
