Mckay made it here on Tuesday November 23, 2010 at 10:19am weighing 8 lbs. 8 oz. and 20 1/2 in. long.
All went well and we are very grateful to have him here healthy. He's a handsome little guy and adored by all
of us, especially his big sisters.

38 Weeks
I came across this quote a little bit ago. It's by Elder Richard G. Scott...
"The Lord give you experiences to stimulate growth...to get you from where you are to where
He wants you to be requires a lot of stretching, and that generally entails discomfort and pain."
The part about stretching and discomfort is ringing pretty true right about now. :)
Two more weeks, two more weeks...

Nesting, nesting....
I've been in nesting mode, full force the last little bit. I'm probably driving my family crazy, but I can say that we are pretty much ready to welcome this little guy into the world!
I had so much fun making these burp cloths, baby shoes, and a tag blanket to play with.
Car seat ready to go. University of Utah car seat cover made by Jake's mom. Sweeeet!
Quilt made
Clothes washed and hung up.
P.S. Happy weekend!

See ya in two...
Jordan left yesterday for the MTC. Crazy that this time has come. It was a mixed bag of emotions saying goodbye. I'm so excited for him and know that he is in for an amazing 2 years, but I'm going to miss him like crazy and the girls will as well. They are going to be so big when he gets back, and he won't even get to meet the little guy until he is two years old. It's all good though. He will be an awesome missionary and I'm excited for him.

Halloweening
Our friends, the Murrays had a fun party at their house Friday night with fun games and prizes for the kids and lots of yummy food. The girls had a blast. Here's some of the kids all dressed up.
Sam
The girls. Of course they didn't want to wear their costumes we picked out a month ago. They both wanted to be Ariel. So I got them matching outfits with wigs and everything and when it was time to dress up they didn't want to wear them so we ended up digging through the dress-ups and this is what they came up with. Whatever I guess. There's always next year.

Playing games
passing the pumpkins
I did get Sadie to put on her wig for a picture though! Jake ended up wearing it to the trunk or treat and of course I forgot my camera. But it was pretty sweet let me tell you.
This is what Hallie came up with for Saturday night trick or treating.
Ready for some candy!
Happy Birthday to you!
Opening presents, reading Hallie's card.
Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you....
Hallie's card, the cutest ever.
