The kids come home so hungry after school.
We make this snack quite often at our house.
We all love them and they're full of good stuff and fill you up.
Energy Bites
1 1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup agave or honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 ground flaxseed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together.
Press into 8 X 8 inch pan and cut into squares.
Store in the fridge.
Tell some kindergarten jokes
and have a laugh.
You can also rolls them into balls just for fun.
